Leap With Faith Home Care Agency was founded after our CEO’s grandmother was in a nursing home facility in New York and started deteriorating in health. This prompted him to take his loved one home to provide the proper care, attention, and love needed, which in turn helped in restoring her health. She lived an additional 15 years to the age of 92 years old.
Since its inception, our Home Health Care Services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has based its foundation on these simple yet vitally important principles of Proper Care, Attention, Love, and an Abundance of Faith for the journey ahead. It is our company’s firm belief that our loved ones do much better convalescently at home, be it recovering from an illness or an injury or just living their sunset years in the familiar surroundings of home.
Our experienced staff of caregivers are trained, licensed, and equipped to perform their tasks to care for our elderly, those who are ill, and those recovering from an illness or injury. We know how difficult these transitions can become, but keep the FAITH. We are here to help!
